A full-fledged Research Wing equipped with senior personnel exists at the corrprate and regional offices in the Network. This is to analyse the shortcomings in the services and suggest measures for better customer satisfaction.

The Research Wing is also instrumental in devising new systems and operational styles for better efficiency of services provided to customers. The in-house equipment and outside professional faculty media are utilised for effective training of personnel.And it is mandatory for the new staff members to undergo a three to seven-day training before their induction.
