Plans to Open 200 More Centers, Targets Rs. 100 Crore Turnover
Mumbai January 2005: The courier industry has been the single largest beneficiary of pick up in the economy. Volumes of shipments have been on an upward trend and so have the yields. This is in complete contrast to the situation a couple of years ago when the industry’s volumes were hampered on account of slowdown in industrial and export demand. The growth story in the industry is expected to continue in to the future. That’s the only reason why we are expanding on a large scale in India.
We are a Delhi based company made its modest beginning in a small 10x12 feet space with a office strength of two. Due to its committed service and customer care, the company has already established its name amongst the leading courier companies in India. The company is also in the process of expanding its base both each in South and North by opening up 100 more centers. 2. National expansion: Company has currently 1250 outlets spread across 600 locations in India. It is envisaged these numbers would be doubled besides keeping in mind the quality of new franchisees that would be target driven. Besides this we is in conversation with regional courier with a strong local base in their territory for takeovers.
3. International: we are contender for shipment of document, non-document and heavy cargo to international destinations under its own arrangements and set ups.
